This is a great little program that does just about anything you'd ever want to do with images. And lots of things you haven't even thought of yet. And more. Including batch resizing and renaming, with zillions of high-quality options. And for free (for personal use; the author asks for a small amount for commerical use). I was looking for a bulk image resizing software as well and came across this one for Windows XP and you know me Peggy when its FREE it is for ME..;-)

There are 14 power toys in all and I have only used the Image Resizer but it worked like a charm and I was very happy with the results.
