I am a recovering email addict. (smile). I was guilty of spending hours a day on email (either on my computer or on my Blackberry).

One week I did an experiment….and I learned the world didn’t end! I’ve learned that I can be much more productive when I adhere to my “scheduled” email times and my clients are still receiving prompt responses to their questions and concerns.
